At Dar Al Arabia, we aim to provide high-quality, authentic fragrances. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The packaging is unopened and intact
- The product is not damaged or altered
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
