For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
