At Dar Al Arabia, we care about quality and customer satisfaction. Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
